Collapsible Hanging File Organizer Box with Lid and Smooth Slide Rails
Product description
Smooth folder access: PVC rails run along both interior sides so hanging file folders slide easily for quick retrieval and sorting. (Hanging folders not included.)
Reinforced textile construction: The exterior is polyester fabric with a textured finish; all four walls are supported by thick cardboard inserts so the box keeps its shape under normal loads and protects papers from bending.
Standard capacity and dimensions: Sized at 15 x 12.5 x 10.5 inches to accommodate standard hanging file folders and keep documents upright and accessible. Please verify measurements to ensure compatibility with your folders and storage space.
Everyday usability: A transparent label slot on the front lets you identify contents without opening the lid. The unit includes a removable lid that enables stacking and shields papers from dust.
Portable and space-saving: Two reinforced handles make carrying between rooms simple, and the whole unit folds flat when empty so it stows easily in a closet or under a shelf.
Pros
- Smooth PVC rails for easy folder access
- Textile shell with rigid cardboard reinforcement
- Collapses flat; includes lid and label slot
Cons
- Plastic rails or clips can be fragile
- Hanging folders not supplied
- Not intended for very heavy, permanent archive loads
VerdictA practical, space-saving file bin for home or small office use. It combines a textile exterior with a rigid inner frame to hold letter-size hanging folders upright, while plastic rails allow smooth access. The included lid and label window make it stackable and identifiable, and the collapsible design tucks away when not needed. Good for everyday document storage, light moving and temporary organ

Solid materials and roomy
The fabric and build feel high quality and the size is more generous than it looks. For my modest paperwork needs it’s stable and does the job nicely.

Decent build, mixed value
Overall good quality, but I expected a bit more for what I paid.

Attractive and functional
Looks nice on a shelf, is lighter than my old bins, and is easy to carry. I plan to replace other plastic tubs with these.

Excellent customer support
The bin stores my papers well, but I lost one of the plastic sliders. I reached out and they sent a complete replacement at no charge. Great service and a reliable product.

Bright, sturdy and versatile
These colorful bins made sorting so much more fun and really brightened my space. They hold their shape well and carry surprising weight. When not in use they collapse flat and tuck away easily. Perfect for crafts, car gear, toys, or event packing—very handy and well made.

Goodbye heavy metal cabinet
I ditched my clunky metal cabinet for this and never looked back. It’s attractive, sturdy enough for the odd heavy file, and collapses when I need the space. The plastic slide keeps folders aligned and makes access quick. It fits on a shelf without yelling “office furniture,” and I’ve been more organized since switching.

Handy design and useful features
I’d give it five stars for balancing price, looks and function. The collapsible body and lid add flexibility, and the smooth rails really make accessing hanging files easier. Works for letter and legal sizes if you check the measurements.

Works for short-term storage
Good value for a cheap option—keeps my documents grouped under my desk. The plastic pieces that hold the lid can come loose and it doesn’t close perfectly with many folders inside, so I wouldn’t call it a permanent solution.
