Gold Arched Floor Lamp with Adjustable Drum Shade — Tall Standing Lamp

Product description

Stylish, modern construction: The lamp features a gold-finish arched metal pole paired with a simple linen-like drum shade, designed to complement a variety of decor styles—contemporary, traditional, farmhouse, and more. It’s intended to serve as both decorative and functional lighting for living rooms, reading nooks, and beside couches.

Wide-adjustment hanging shade: The lampshade is mounted on a rotatable hanging bracket that lets you pivot the shade up to 350° horizontally and 180° vertically, so you can aim a focused beam for reading or tilt it to create softer, mood lighting.

Foot switch and straightforward assembly: Power is controlled by an on/off foot pedal located on the cord for hands-free operation. Assembly is simple—twist the pole sections together from bottom to top, then seat them into the base. All necessary mounting hardware is included for quick setup.

Stable and safe base: A heavily weighted base combined with a sturdy metal pole gives the lamp solid floor stability to resist tipping. The design aims to reduce wobble on hard surfaces and offers a safer lighting option around households with children and pets.

Bulb compatibility and smart home support: Compatible with standard E26 base bulbs (LED, CFL, incandescent, RGB). Maximums: 100W for incandescent, 20W for LED. The lamp can be used with smart outlets for voice control via Alexa, Google Assistant, or Apple HomeKit (smart plug not included). Bulb is not included.

Pros

  • Adjustable hanging shade for directed or ambient lighting
  • Weighted base with sturdy metal pole for stability
  • Easy foot-pedal switching and simple assembly

Cons

  • Bulb and smart plug are not included
  • May need extra base weight on softer carpets
  • Limited factory color options

VerdictThis gold arched floor lamp blends contemporary style with practical function. Its weighted base and metal pole provide a stable frame while the hanging drum shade can be swiveled widely to direct light where needed. It’s easy to assemble by threading poles into the base and uses a convenient foot pedal for hands-free switching. Works with common E26 bulbs and smart plugs for voice control, though

  1. Mom of 2 5/5

    Well made and versatile

This lamp is solid and feels well-built. Parts are simple to put together and the base has good heft. The adjustable arm makes it useful in many positions; I placed it behind a chair to make a cozy reading area.

  2. Howard 5/5

    Simple and quick to build

Nice lamp. Very easy to assemble.

  3. Monika 5/5

    Exactly what I wanted

I love this lamp—easy to assemble and I like that the shade angle is adjustable up and down. Fits my space perfectly.

  4. C. Hart 3/5

Looks great but can be tippy

The finish is attractive and consistent, but the base isn’t quite wide or heavy enough for some positions—if the arc isn’t placed just right it can tip. I added weight to the base and kept it.

  5. Kellz 5/5

Beautiful addition to my reading nook

Exactly as pictured and works perfectly over my chair. Assembly was a little tiring for my arms, but following the steps made it easy. Took about fifteen minutes and I plan to get another for the living room.

  6. SLC 5/5

    Exceeded expectations

I was skeptical at first due to the reasonable cost, but the lamp looks great and was straightforward to install. Lighting is excellent.

  7. D. S. 4/5

    Good value, minor stability note

Attractive modern arc and the adjustable drum gives focused light. Foot switch is handy and assembly is simple. On carpet it can lean slightly unless positioned carefully; a bit more base weight would help. Still a solid pick for the money.

  8. Lyndsay 5/5

Handy floor switch and great light

I appreciate the floor switch. Wish there were more color choices, like bronze, but the shade works well to brighten a dark corner. Good quality for the cost.

  9. L. Hayward 5/5

    Great reading lamp

Good value and easy to assemble. Provides ample light for reading without bothering someone across the room. I added a smart bulb to control brightness and voice on my smart speaker. The height is ideal.

  10. Lillian 5/5

    High quality and lovely look

The lamp is beautiful and well made. It arrived well packed and was very easy to put together. My reading corner looks fantastic.

  11. Vicky Lima 5/5

The finishing touch my living room needed

Very attractive, easy to assemble, and good-quality materials. The plug required an adapter but that was a quick fix. Shipping was fast and it arrived in good condition.

  12. Caffeinated Introverted 5/5

Perfect fit and very easy to assemble

Assembly was quick and straightforward—about 20 minutes from box to standing. It’s tall enough for our corner and the LED bulb I used stays cool. The shade disperses soft light and there’s no flicker. Very pleased with how it brightens a dark spot.

Excellent product—nice materials, good finish, and attractive presentation.
