UGREEN 3.5mm TRRS Nylon‑Braid Aux Cable — 3ft Male‑to‑Male
Product description
What’s included: one 3‑foot 4‑pole (TRRS) 3.5mm male‑to‑male audio cable.
Construction and materials: the conductor is silver‑plated copper for improved signal transfer, wrapped in a three‑layer shielding system (tinned copper layer plus a TPE jacket and a woven nylon outer braid) to reduce interference. Connectors are 24K gold plated to enhance conductivity and resist corrosion; aluminum alloy shells protect the plug ends and the wire joints are reinforced to withstand repeated flexing.
Durability and handling: the nylon braided jacket and strengthened terminations are designed to survive frequent bending and tugging. The cable has passed extensive bend testing (10,000+ cycles) to ensure long life, and it stays flexible while resisting tangles.
Compatibility and use: this 4‑pole cable passes both stereo audio and microphone signals, making it suitable for headsets with mics, external 3.5mm microphones, laptops, smartphones, tablets, soundbars, car stereos, portable players and most game controllers and handheld consoles with TRRS ports. The plugs are slim to fit recessed jacks on many devices.
Important note: this is a TRRS (4‑pole) cable. It will not support mic functionality with devices that accept only TRS (3‑pole) plugs—please verify the jack type on your device before use.
Pros
- Supports stereo audio and microphone pass‑through
- Triple shielding and silver‑plated conductor reduce noise
- Nylon braid and reinforced joints for long life
Cons
- Not compatible with TRS (3‑pole)‑only ports
- Slim plugs can be tricky in some recessed housings
- Length options may vary between listings
VerdictA practical, well‑made TRRS aux lead that combines durable construction with clear stereo and mic support. The cable’s silver‑plated conductor, layered shielding and gold‑plated connectors keep noise down and signal stable, while the nylon jacket and reinforced strain points resist kinking and wear. Good for headset mic use, connecting external mics to computers, and routing audio between devices

Good cable, wish long XLR options were easier
Solid everyday cable with great sound. I searched for longer XLR versions elsewhere to find 3m options, but this aux cable itself is excellent for its role.

Cloud Alpha cable upgrade
I swapped this into a HyperX Cloud Alpha and heard clearer highs, fuller mids and tighter bass. The plug fits the recessed jack perfectly. The braid keeps it tangle‑free and flexible.

Worth the score — lasted months
Bought two of these. The first failed after about six months when I accidentally stressed the connector, but they’re a good value and last long enough for my needs. Works fine with PCs and other audio gear.

No more static
My speaker runs were picking up a constant scratchy static when the unshielded lead ran beside power and video cables. After switching to this braided, shielded cable the noise disappeared. Sound is clear and the jacket feels robust yet flexible.

Great build and performance
Clear two‑way audio with no hiss and a solid, snug fit. I compared it to a competitor’s 6' lead—this one measured a bit over 6' and felt heavier, which matched the better build quality. Highly recommended.

Length listing caused hesitation
I wanted the 15ft option but the title showed a different length, so I hesitated before ordering. The cable I received matched the 15ft choice. Cable works perfectly; just make the option text and title consistent.
