Quality craftsmanship — repeat buyer
This is my fourth mug. I prefer a darker lid but it came clear. I rarely use the sleeve and the 16 oz shape suits my daily routine. Ceramic doesn't trap heat like metal, but I prefer the taste. Worth the small splurge for everyday use.

Beautiful and practical for driving

Great cups and reliable silicone lid
I bought both the 16 oz and 12 oz and use them constantly for hot and iced drinks. The silicone lid and sleeve work well and I haven't had leaks while driving. They fit my small car's cup holders. Ceramic isn't as insulating as metal but the thick walls keep drinks stable. Colors are bold and true—very happy with the green/teal and yellow mugs.

Lovely alternative to disposables
Picked the 16 oz for home lattes. It holds a double shot and milk nicely. Some mugs show more glaze drips than others, but the sleeve hides that. Lid seals well and cleans easily. Glad I replaced paper cups with this.

Beautiful cup, wish the lid were different
The ceramic and orchid glaze are gorgeous, but the all-silicone lid has a strong chemical smell that soaking didn't remove. Silicone also holds odors and stains more easily. I’d prefer a plastic lid with a rubber seal, but the mug itself is nearly perfect.

Well made, a bit smaller than expected
The mug is solid and attractive and fits my cup holder. It's smaller than I hoped but works well with about 10 oz of coffee when I add creamer. The silicone lid seals but sometimes adds a faint off-taste. Overall I really like it, though I may buy a larger size.
