   Mopping finally easy

   Extremely impressed. It removes the hassle of vacuuming first, mixing solutions, and cleaning up afterward. The S7 runs a self-clean and dries the brush so I simply put it back on the base.

   Absolutely love it. Makes floor care so much easier with small children—picks up nearly everything. Self-cleaning is loud but a small trade-off for performance. No need for cleaners since steam disinfects.

   Couldn’t manage without it

   Best cleaner I've owned. I previously had a non-steam version and this steam model made a big difference. Heats fast and the reservoir is big enough for my 2000 sqft home.

   Fantastic floor washer

   I adore this machine. Floors come out spotless and it even speaks prompts. The battery easily covers cleaning my whole home. It self-cleans and feels durable—worth the investment.

   Great cleaning, battery and odor caution

   Cleans hard floors very well and the steam is helpful. Battery life can be tight for larger homes and you must empty the dirty tank immediately after use or it can smell badly.

   Underwhelming for the price

   I had high hopes but it struggles with even light mud in steam mode, leaving streaks and visible roller marks on dark floors. My regular mop performed better in less time.

   Better than expected

   Makes floor care much easier compared with traditional mopping. Fill the clean tank, run it, let it self-clean and store—no buckets or wringing. It even dries the brush during the cycle.

   Warranty support letdown

   Loved it initially but the water tank started leaking after a few months. Warranty was approved but replacement parts were delayed repeatedly, leaving me without a working unit for months.

   Me gustó mucho. Deja el piso muy limpio solo con vapor, sin químicos. Lo malo es que los bordes y esquinas no quedan 100% limpios, pero facilita muchísimo el trapeado.

    Essential for a busy household

    With kids and multiple pets, this has been a lifesaver. I chose the S7 Stretch Steam and it glides smoothly, goes flat to clean the full brush, and holds more water than cheaper models I tried.

    Disappointed for the price

    Not satisfied given the cost. Steam isn’t strong enough to remove tough grime and the battery life is poor. It vacuums and mops at once, but I expected more power.

    This was a wonderful surprise—set up in minutes and works as promised. The self-propelled motion, steam feature, and auto-clean are standouts. Highly recommend for cordless wet/dry use.

    S5 might be the better value

    Upgraded from an S5 expecting big gains. The S7 is heavier and the steam is quite mild—helps loosen dirt but won’t remove stubborn stains. Not worth the extra cost compared to the S5.
