Solid quality and great value

Very sharp — handle with care
Extremely sharp out of the box; I nicked myself twice while unpacking. They’re very light, which makes them easier to use for those with weaker hands.

These hold an edge as well as knives costing much more. The handle may feel narrow for big hands, and the parer’s single-bevel grind makes straight cuts harder to manage.
