Weighted Blanket for Adults — 20 lb Queen (60 x 80) Cooling Comforter
Product description
Pick the right weight: choose a blanket that is about 10% of your body weight. This 20 lb queen option (60" x 80") is intended for adults around 190–210 pounds and can also work for two people who like a heavier shared cover.
Designed to sit on top of your mattress, the queen dimensions are meant to fit a queen bed without large overhangs. For single sleepers, the queen size gives full-body coverage while remaining compact enough to stay on the mattress surface.
Construction and materials: the interior uses glass bead fill organized into 5" x 5" squares. High-density stitching — achieved through thousands of stitches across the blanket — keeps the beads locked in place so they don’t migrate or bunch up over time.
Care instructions: the blanket is washable in a machine on a cold, gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended. The shell and stitching were tested through many wash cycles to ensure beads remain evenly distributed and the seams hold up.
Gift-ready: because it’s useful for nightly rest, this weighted blanket is often chosen as a practical present for friends and family who value comfort and better sleep.
Pros
- Even pressure from 5x5 quilted bead pockets
- Breathable fabric helps prevent overheating
- Machine-washable with bead-stay stitching
Cons
- May feel heavy for lighter sleepers
- Queen size won’t drape over smaller beds
- Some users find the fabric thinner than premium options
VerdictThis 20 lb queen weighted blanket aims to provide deep-pressure comfort for adults roughly 190–210 lb. It uses densely stitched 5"x5" compartments filled with glass beads to ensure steady, even weight distribution and minimize shifting. The cover and fill prioritize breathability so it won't trap excessive heat, and it's safe for machine washing on a gentle, cold cycle with air-dry recommended. Si

Keeps my preference—best for the price
Affordable and available in many colors. It improved my sleep and I finally stopped returning other brands. Highly recommend if you want to try a weighted blanket without breaking the bank.

Cozy and well weighted
Very large and soft with a satisfying heft. Comfortable to use and good value for what it offers. I’d suggest it to someone looking for a warm, heavy blanket.

A game-changer for sleep
One of the best purchases I’ve made. I tried a friend’s smaller throw, loved it, and upgraded to a king for my bed. Heavy but balanced, cool yet cozy, and it helps me fall asleep much faster. Feels like a comforting embrace.

Material feels cheap but functional
The fabric reminds me of sleeping bag material — not very luxe. It works fine under a nicer cover, and the weights are evenly spread. Quality felt lower than expected for the price, and the brand label wasn’t on the blanket itself.

Good starter weighted blanket
Solid beginner blanket. It’s slightly denser in some sections than other brands I’ve tried, but it stays cool and comfortable. Overall satisfied and will keep using it.

Matches bedroom and sleeps well
Very pleased with this weighted blanket. The color suits our room and it covers the bed so both of us sleep comfortably. Soft to the touch and washes well. Planning to buy another for guests.

Reliable replacement
My old 15 lb lasted years until a pocket tore, so I got the 20 lb as a replacement. Weight distribution and coverage are excellent. It doesn’t overheat and layers well with sheets and comforters.

Heavy, breathable, and evenly weighted
I bought the 30 lb king variant and it gives a consistent, full-body pressure. The glass beads stay put in their pockets and don’t clump. Surprisingly breathable — I sleep cool rather than sweating. Great for deep, restorative sleep; feels like a snug hug.

Even weight and very calming
This blanket distributes weight evenly and feels soothing without being oppressive. The fabric is soft and breathable, helping me relax and sleep more soundly. Quality is excellent and it looks better in person.

Wrong color, hope it’s comfortable
La couleur n’est pas du tout celle attendue, très loin de l’orange annoncé, plutôt saumon. J’espère au moins qu’elle sera confortable.

Heavy for a smaller bed, requires effort to move
I weigh about 230 lb so the 20 lb is lighter than recommended for me, but I still use it nightly. On my twin bed the queen barely overhangs and it takes effort to reposition. The outer row of pockets is lightened so edges aren’t overly heavy, but getting in and out of bed can feel like a mini workout.

Noticeably heavy — 15 lb version
The 15 lb blanket felt much heavier than I expected. After a week I haven’t seen much change in my sleep besides the sensation of added weight. It’s substantial and noticeable.
