Too floppy, lacks foam support
My unit felt very skinny with minimal memory foam — more cover than core — so it was floppy and didn't give much support.

Balanced softness and reliable support

Strong chemical odor — unusable for me
The pillow looked nice but emitted a very strong chemical smell straight from the foam. I couldn’t keep it near my face and ended up donating it. If you’re sensitive to odors, be cautious.

Supportive and looks lovely on the bed
I sleep on my side most nights and this pillow gives excellent support for my knees, hips and lower back. The foam fill provides real structure but you can tweak how firm it feels. The dark grey tufted cover is soft, breathable and elegant, and it expanded well after unpacking. The removable, machine-washable case makes upkeep easy.

Comfortable but finishing could be better
Lightweight and comfortable in several sleeping positions, though a bit softer than I prefer. The diamond texture looks nice, but some seam work felt unfinished and a large scratchy label caused a hole when removed. Overall comfy but the craftsmanship could improve.
