Mid‑Century Modern Accent Chair with Lumbar Pillow — Upholstered Armchair

Product description

Mid‑Century Upholstered Accent Chair with Lumbar Pillow: Bring retro modern flair to your home with this mid‑century accent armchair. It has softly curved armrests, flared solid wood legs and comes with a coordinating lumbar cushion. The upholstered finish blends contemporary lines with vintage influence, making it suitable as an accent in living rooms, bedrooms, apartments or reading corners.

Comfortable, Supportive Seat: The chair offers a spacious 23.6" wide seat topped by a 5.5" thick high‑density foam cushion for a balance of softness and support. The slightly reclined padded backrest and included lumbar pillow provide added lower‑back support for reading, watching TV, or unwinding after a long day.

Durable Solid Wood Frame: Constructed on a solid wood frame, the chair supports up to 300 lbs and is built for everyday stability. The rubberwood legs are fitted with anti‑slip pads to protect flooring and keep the chair balanced on hard surfaces.

Compact Footprint for Small Spaces: With exterior dimensions of 25" W x 32" D x 29.33" H, this small accent chair is designed to fit apartments, spare bedrooms or tight living rooms. Its compact proportions make it easy to tuck into corners, home offices or beside a bookshelf without dominating the room.

Versatile Use and Color Options: Use it as a living room accent, bedroom reading chair, guest seat or office lounge piece. It’s offered in five modern shades—green, grey, dark grey, orange and blue—so you can choose a finish that complements your décor.

Pros

  • Comfortable 5.5" high‑density foam cushion
  • Solid wood frame with 300 lb capacity
  • Compact size suited to small rooms

Cons

  • Requires assembly
  • Seat sits relatively low
  • Could use thicker seat padding for long periods

VerdictThis mid‑century accent chair delivers classic styling, a supportive foam seat and a sturdy solid‑wood frame for everyday use. It’s a good fit for apartments, bedrooms or reading nooks where space is limited. Expect basic assembly; padding could be thicker for long sessions and the seat sits a touch lower than some may prefer, but overall it’s an attractive, dependable option for casual seating.

Reviews

  1. Gillian Dell 4/5

    Nice color but low seat

Looks great and I love the color. Comfortable, but the seat is lower than expected — not ideal for older adults.

  2. Nobody 3/5

    Mediocre

    Workmanship not very good.

  3. jaybe 4/5

    Assembly issues then fixed

Colour was more a dirty cream than grey. Assembly was difficult because the bottom screws were too short so we had to replace them. After the seller sent suitable screws it went together and is very comfy, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

  4. Richard Maxwell 5/5

    Good value overall

Decent value for the price. Could use more seat padding for long use, but otherwise solid and attractive.

  5. Kayla Parmenenter 5/5

    Comfortable and steady

Very comfy and solid. A nice addition to my home office.

    Damaged delivery and low quality

Both boxes arrived torn open; one missed hardware and the other had a broken arm piece. The manual gave no contact number. I contacted customer support and received a full refund. The chairs felt cheaply made though they might have been usable.

  7. Islam 5/5

    Stylish and comfy

Modern appearance and comfortable to sit on.

  8. Elizabeth 5/5

    Love the green

    Really pleased with this chair!

  9. Shivam R. 5/5

    Solid build, comfy seat

Sturdy construction and comfortable to sit in.
