RooTrimmer 5-Pack 10-Inch Terracotta-Style Plant Pots — Lightweight Planters
Product description
SET OF FIVE & RIGHT-SIZED: This bundle includes five plastic planters, each 10 inches across — a good fit for medium-to-large houseplants like snake plants, smaller ficus, potted herbs and many flowering varieties. The size works well for clustered displays on patios or grouped indoor arrangements.
MATERIALS & SAFETY: Crafted from durable polyethylene combined with premium polypropylene, these pots are light in hand yet designed for repeated use. They are produced without BPA and are intended for both indoor and outdoor planting applications where long-term soil contact is needed.
REINFORCED RIM AND BASE: The tops and bottoms have extra thickness and support to resist cracking and deformation from lifting, moving or seasonal exposure. The strengthened edge helps when carrying and makes the pots more stable when placed on stands or shelves.
BOTTOM DRAINAGE: Each planter has holes in the base to let excess water escape, helping to prevent standing moisture and root rot. The drainage design supports healthy growth across different watering routines and weather conditions.
HANGING & MULTIUSE DESIGN: Three molded holes around the rim allow the pots to be used hung or set down traditionally. The terracotta-inspired finish gives a warm, natural appearance suitable for balconies, patios, offices and living areas, while the lightweight construction makes repositioning easy.
Pros
- Five-pack covers multiple plants or placements
- BPA-free polyethylene/PP construction
- Bottom drain holes and hanger-ready rim
Cons
- Plastic construction isn’t as heavy-duty as clay
- Light colors may show soil shadow in bright sun
- Single drain hole per pot may limit rapid drainage
VerdictA practical set for gardeners who want a consistent look and functional features without heavy ceramic weight. The 10-inch diameter suits medium specimens and small arrangements; reinforced rims and bases add durability for moving and outdoor exposure. Bottom drainage keeps roots healthy, and the three rim holes let you suspend a pot if you prefer. The plastic construction makes them light and wea

Useful as liners
Happy with the quality. I use them inside my clay pots as liners. Note: only one drainage hole in each — I would have liked more.

Great value and very sturdy
Found these to be a bargain compared with others. Very solid construction and they include a drainage plug. I’ll be buying more.

Cheerful color with useful drainage, slightly thin
Nice yellow hue and the five-pack is handy. Has hanger spots and a drain plug which works well for baskets. Not the thickest plastic and in bright light you can sometimes see the soil shadow, but overall attractive once planted.

Color was different than expected
Size and build were fine, but the pots arrived gray instead of black as ordered. I had to repaint them to match my decor, which was disappointing.

Durable, adaptable planters for indoor and outdoor use
This five-pack of 10-inch pots has been great for a range of plants. The clean finish suits many decor styles, and the plastic feels thick enough to resist cracking from sun and rain. Bottom drainage keeps soil from staying waterlogged, and the size is ideal for medium plants. They’re light to move but stable enough outdoors on breezy days.

Drain hole positioned above base
Handy for plants, but the internal drain sits a bit higher than the pot base where the plant rests, so excess water doesn’t always escape cleanly. That’s my main issue.
