2-Pack Silicone Dish Drying Mats — Heatproof Counter & Trivet Pads
Product description
What you get: two flexible silicone mats made from BPA-free, food-grade material designed for everyday kitchen use. Each mat is sized to fit typical counters (commonly around 16" x 12" per mat) and includes a small hanging hole for air drying and easy storage.
Construction and design: the surface features raised ribbing to lift dishes and let air flow underneath so water drains away from items instead of pooling. A slightly raised outer rim helps contain runoff. The underside offers grip to keep the mat from sliding on countertops or glass stovetops.
Heat and durability: the silicone tolerates extreme temperatures (from about -40°F up to 446°F / -40°C to 230°C), making the mats safe to use as trivets for hot pots, pans, and bakeware. The material resists cracking, peeling, and fading, so the shape and color are maintained with regular use.
Versatile uses: beyond drying dishes, these mats work as fridge liners, under-sink protectors, pet feeding mats, coffee station organizers, bathroom trays, drawer liners, or prep surfaces for grilling. Their flexibility lets you roll them up for compact storage when not in use.
Care and storage: rinse or wipe clean after use, or place in the dishwasher for deeper cleaning. When dry, they can be rolled or hung by the built-in hole for convenient storage. Because the material is soft and flexible, occasional thorough drying and cleaning prevent trapped moisture buildup.
Pros
- Heat resistant from -40°F to 446°F
- Raised ribbed surface speeds drying and contains spills
- Flexible, rolls up and is dishwasher-safe
Cons
- Soft silicone can retain moisture if not fully dried
- May develop discoloration or residue over time without deep cleaning
- Holds limited water volume compared with rigid trays
VerdictA practical two-piece silicone mat set that replaces towels and fabric mats. Built from flexible, food-safe silicone with raised ribs and a spill-containment edge, they speed up drying, resist stains, and handle hot pots straight from the oven. Ideal for small kitchens, RVs, coffee stations, or multipurpose home use — though proper drying is important to avoid trapped moisture.

Much better than a towel
I prefer these to laying a towel on the counter. Water drains and evaporates faster, and they take up almost no space when stored.

Dries quickly, no odor
Works great—cleans up well and dries fast. I haven’t noticed any mildew smell.

Got mold after air drying
They’re okay, but despite letting them air dry I found black mold on the surface. I scrubbed hard and it didn’t come off. The soft silicone may trap moisture; next time I’d try a hard plastic mat.

Cleans up with no fuss
So far they haven’t stained and wash off very easily. I use one under my coffee area and as a drying surface; no need to run them through the dishwasher yet.

Simple, helpful kitchen mats
These grey mats were exactly what my sink area was missing. Neutral color looks tidy and they gave dishes a clean place to dry without water spreading across the counter. Cleanup is effortless—rinse or wipe and they're good to go. Durable and easy to handle, they made dish duty neater.

Creates extra drying space on the stove
Ideal for our RV where counter space is limited. Placing one on the glass-top stove gives a secure drying area that doesn’t slip and keeps water from spreading everywhere. Not meant for huge spills, but perfect for everyday wet dishes.

Perfect for small RV counters
These are the right size and flexibility for my RV’s limited space. The soft mint-green color is a bonus and they handle a few dishes at a time well.

Great size, better than cloth
This 2-pack fits well beside our double sink. The 16" x 12" mats flex without feeling flimsy and the raised ribs keep things elevated so water drains. They grip the counter, clean easily, and can go in the dishwasher when needed. They’ve held up to daily use and are more hygienic than cloth versions.

Versatile and handy two-pack
I like that these don’t stay wet and clean up easily. They tolerate heat for pots and pans, work well as drawer or fridge liners, and even help keep painting supplies tidy. A useful multipurpose pair to have on hand.

Practical, multipurpose, good value
Soft, non-slip silicone that protects counters from water and heat. They dry faster than fabric mats and are easy to rinse or run through the dishwasher for deeper cleaning. Roll up storage is convenient for small kitchens or secondary prep areas.

Far superior to fabric mats
After swapping from fabric mats, these silicone ones are a clear improvement. The two large mats give plenty of space for dishes and glassware, and the ridged surface holds items slightly off the base so water collects in grooves instead of the item bottoms. They can be paired for more space or used separately as needed.
