10-Inch Nonstick Crepe & Pancake Pan — Granite-Coated Skillet
Product description
One 10-inch nonstick crepe/pancake pan is supplied. The cooking surface uses an imported Swiss ILAG granite-style nonstick finish that is free from intentionally added PFOA and formulated to be smokeless, so you can cook with very little oil for a healthier result.
Beneath the cooking layer sits a cast aluminum core for rapid, uniform heat distribution. A high-magnetic stainless steel base has been bonded to the bottom so the pan will function on all types of cooktops, including induction ranges.
The pan measures 10 inches across and features a shallow 1/2-inch side and a raised lip around the perimeter to help keep batter and liquid from running off and to make turning and flipping easier. It’s suitable for crepes, dosas, pancakes, tortillas, onigiri and similar flatbreads.
Weighing roughly 2 pounds, the skillet is light enough to maneuver and flip without strain. The handle is made from heat-resistant Bakelite designed to stay cool during stovetop use. The pan is rated oven-safe up to 302°F.
The nonstick finish is applied over a smooth, rivet-free interior so food releases easily and the surface wipes clean with a sponge and warm soapy water. The lack of rivets and the durable coating make everyday cleaning quick and simple.

Good value for induction users
Very good product. Easy to assemble and use, it met our expectations for making filled buckwheat galettes. Maintenance is simple because food doesn’t stick. I recommend it for both regular cooks and beginners, especially on induction hobs where it offers solid value compared with pricier alternatives. Enjoy your cooking!

Works well for Indian breads
I’ve used it for chapatis and dosas with no problems so far. It performs better than many standard dosa pans I’ve tried.

Truly nonstick performance
This pan lives up to the nonstick claim. Dosas come off cleanly and stubborn spots lift without scraping. Very impressed with the coating.

Dependable pan for dosas and crepes
I’ve been using this 10" crepe pan regularly and it handles dosas, crepes and pancakes with ease. The nonstick surface makes flipping straightforward and cleanup is quick. It heats evenly, feels solid, and the stay-cool handle is helpful. Works fine on my induction cooktop. A reliable, everyday skillet.

My favorite crepe pan
I’m thrilled with this pan. It heats very evenly and the nonstick surface lets crepes slide onto the plate with almost no oil. The low rim helps flip them easily and cleanup literally takes a minute. After many uses it still looks almost new. Highly recommended for anyone chasing perfect fair-style crepes.

Great, chemical-free cooking surface
I bought an 8-inch from the same line first and have been pleased for months; the coating still performs like new. The aluminum body spreads heat evenly and the ceramic-style finish gives peace of mind about coatings. I liked it enough to buy another for family use. They’re substantial but light enough to handle easily, and pancakes no longer burn in hot spots. Pricey compared with basic pans, but worth the quality.

Performance dropped after months
My pan was excellent for almost a year, then the nonstick started failing. I cared for it as instructed and used oil, but a dark residue built up where batter didn’t touch and sticking increased. I loved it until it went bad. I’ll try other options like cast iron and consider a larger size for daily pancakes.

Bought a second one — excellent for kids
I have two of these now. They’re perfect for crepes and my children even use them as fry pans. Well made and the nonstick is a welcome bonus.
