8x10 Washable Low-Pile Area Rug — Beige Vintage Medallion

Product description

What you get: one 8x10 beige area rug featuring a vintage medallion pattern. The rug is manufactured from ultra-soft microfiber to provide a cushioned, comfortable surface while keeping a low profile.

Materials & construction: The face is microfiber with a 0.25 inch (approximately) low-pile height that resists deep embedment of dirt and pet hair. The reverse side has a non-slip backing that helps the rug stay put in most indoor settings without an additional pad. Edges are reinforced to reduce fraying and improve longevity.

Care & cleaning: This rug is designed to be fully machine washable for households with children and pets. Routine care is simple—vacuum regularly, spot-clean as needed, and launder according to the care label when necessary. Stains generally lift easily thanks to the low pile, and doors will operate smoothly over the surface.

Performance & use: Fade- and shed-resistant properties make the rug suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, nurseries, dining areas, home offices, and other frequently used spaces. The vintage medallion motif and neutral beige tone are intended to coordinate with a wide range of interior styles.

Unpacking tips: The rug ships folded and may show temporary crease lines. Lay it flat for a couple of days to let the folds relax. To speed removal of creases, roll it the opposite way, place weight on the ends, or use a warm iron with a white cloth between the iron and rug surface.

Color notes: Lighting and viewing angle can slightly change the appearance of the pile, so the rug may look lighter or darker in person than on a screen. Please check size and material details to ensure it fits your space and needs.

Pros

  • Soft microfiber face with comfortable feel
  • Machine washable for easy household care
  • Non-slip backing and reinforced edges

Cons

  • Low 0.25" pile may feel thin to some
  • Arrives folded and may need time to flatten
  • Neutral tone may vary slightly by lighting

VerdictA soft, practical floor covering that blends vintage styling with family-friendly features. The 8x10 microfiber construction feels plush underfoot yet keeps a low 0.25" profile so doors roll freely. It's machine washable, includes non-slip backing and reinforced hems for regular use, and performs well in living rooms, bedrooms, and kid- or pet-friendly areas. Expect some initial creasing from pack

Reviews

  1. Rena 5/5

    Solid option for the master

Nice area rug — planning to buy another for a different room. Feels solid, reasonably thick for a low-pile rug, and soft enough for the master bedroom.

  2. Savanna 5/5

    Great value for the quality

This rug exceeded my expectations for the price. It flattened out nicely after unpacking — I left it out and put weights on the ends to speed things up. Very soft and cozy; I haven’t needed to wash it yet.

Soft and peaceful in the bedroom

Really comfortable in my bedroom — very soft underfoot. The rug smoothed out overnight. I’ve only had it a couple of days but it feels well made. The earth tones are calming. I vacuum it every few days to keep it fresh. I chose the 8x10 size.

  4. SAM 5/5

    Cushiony and kid-friendly

We’ve tried many rugs and this one has a nice cushioned feel. Great for little ones running around and the color suits our space. Cleaning is straightforward, which is a big plus.

    Good fit, cleaned up easily

Soft with a pleasant color, though it’s a bit thin. My dog had an accident and it cleaned up without trouble. Fit perfectly under our sofa bed and table. The crease came out quickly and it lies flat now.

  6. Djoubelly 5/5

    Soft, washable, and cozy

I like how it looks in my living room and it feels soft underfoot. The 8x10 covers a good area and being washable makes upkeep easy. It adds a cozy vibe. Very pleased overall!

  7. Lisa Batuski 5/5

    Surprisingly plush and well made

Really impressed with the build and thickness compared to other washable rugs we own. It looks great in our master bedroom and feels luxurious underfoot. The neutral color fits our decor perfectly. Very happy with this purchase.
