Product description
This nesting box pairs natural pine wood with a clear acrylic viewing window so owners can quietly observe nesting and hatching activity. The acrylic side gives a wide field of view while the wood provides a cozy, chewable, non-toxic environment for small parrots.
A removable wooden board is supplied that can be inserted to create a darker sleeping area for nighttime or when the birds need privacy. The box also includes a small internal compartment designed to shelter and protect eggs during incubation.
Each unit ships with the screws needed for attachment and wooden perches that can be mounted either inside or outside the cage. The top is fitted with a hinge for easy opening, allowing quick access for cleaning and changing bedding material.
This parakeet nest is intended for breeding, resting, sleeping and general enrichment for pet birds. It is suitable as a practical gift for bird owners who want a functional and observable nesting space.
Available in three sizes to fit different small parrot species: Size S: 23 x 14 x 14 cm (9.1 x 5.7 x 5.7 in) with entry ring dia. 7.1 cm (2.8 in). Size L: 27 x 15 x 15 cm (10.6 x 5.9 x 5.9 in) with entry ring dia. 6.6 cm (2.6 in). Size XL: 34 x 19 x 17 cm (13.3 x 7.4 x 6.6 in) with entry ring dia. 6.6 cm (2.6 in). Recommended for small finches, lovebirds, cockatiels, budgies and similar species.
