Adjustable Heavy-Duty Foldable Weight Bench — Multi-Position Home Gym
Product description
Built to handle heavy loads, this adjustable bench uses commercial-grade 1.6mm steel in its frame and is rated to support up to 660 pounds. The construction focuses on durability and stability so it can stand up to demanding lifts and regular use.
The bench offers multiple backrest angles, including incline and decline positions, allowing you to perform bench presses, incline presses, sit-ups and other strength exercises. The seat is fixed while the backrest is adjustable to several positions for varied training.
Padding is 1.8 inches thick and wrapped in PU leather for a balance of comfort and easy cleaning. The back pad measures 28 inches in length and the seat pad is 13.4 inches wide, providing a supportive surface for a range of body sizes and movements.
Its foldable design reduces storage footprint—claimed to cut storage space by up to 80%—and the bench can be collapsed for placement in closets or small corners without needing to take it fully apart. This makes it convenient for compact home gyms.
Assembly is minimal for setting up and storing the unit; the bench is intended for straightforward use right away. It’s aimed at users from beginners to experienced lifters seeking a versatile, space-conscious strength bench.
Pros
- Heavy-duty 1.6mm steel frame with 660 lb capacity
- Foldable, space-saving design with multiple incline/decline angles
- Comfortable 1.8" foam pads covered in durable PU leather
Cons
- Seat is fixed — only the backrest adjusts
- Backrest held by notches rather than a dedicated locking latch
- May be less comfortable for shorter users to brace feet on floor
VerdictA solid choice for home lifters who need a compact, durable bench. The frame and padding deliver comfort and stability for most strength routines, and the foldable design helps save space. Note the seat is fixed and the backrest relies on notches rather than a locking mechanism; shorter users may want to check fit before committing.

Okay overall
Good bench at first. Bought in Dec 2024; it broke and was replaced in Sept 2026. The backrest can stick to you then suddenly flip when you sit up.

As described
Matches the description; very good product.

Item never arrived all they would do is tell me to file a police report. 5/5
Assembly simple
Setup is straightforward. My only concern is the backrest relies on body weight in the notches rather than a locking mechanism. Otherwise it feels strong and light.

Detailed take
Good size and should do the job. Simple assembly and fair value. Only the backrest adjusts; the seat is fixed. The feet can extend to widen the base for extra stability. Overall a useful bench.

Good
Perfect for my training. Could be a bit more stable, but it handles arm routines and Bulgarian split squats well.

Tall-friendly, short not ideal
Works fine for my 6'5" husband, but as a 5'5" I can't get my feet flat to brace when lifting. Quality is acceptable, but shorter users may want a different option.
