Foam-Grip Push-Up Bars with Silicone Base — 400 lb Capacity
Product description
What’s included: a pair of push-up handles designed for bodyweight exercises, ready to assemble and use.
Handle construction: each grip is wrapped in a thick 8.5 mm foam layer to cushion the hands and reduce pressure on the wrists during repetition-heavy sets.
Base and stability: the widened foot is made from silicone anti-slip material to improve friction on tile and wooden floors, which helps prevent unwanted movement while training.
Structural design and capacity: the bars rely on a triangular support profile to spread force and boost overall rigidity. They are manufactured to support a maximum load of 400 lbs for safer use.
Size and portability: compact dimensions (19.7 × 13.8 × 8 cm) and a light single-unit weight of about 0.36 kg make them easy to store and carry, so you can train at home, outdoors, or while traveling. They’re intended to assist with deeper, more controlled push-ups and to better engage the core, shoulder stabilizers, and arm muscles.
Pros
- Thick 8.5 mm foam grips protect wrists
- Silicone non-slip bases enhance floor grip

VerdictThese push-up bars deliver comfortable hand support and steady footing for at-home workouts. The thick foam reduces wrist pressure while the silicone base prevents sliding on hard surfaces. They’re small and light enough to carry or stash in a bag, and they help increase

Portable, comfy, effective
Excellent grip and bottom padding protect floors and hands. The elevation improves mobility and focus during reps; the higher weight capacity adds peace of mind.

No slipping at all
They stay planted on tile and wood. My husband uses them daily and prefers them to floor push-ups for the comfort.

Helps dial in my form
These helped me get a bit deeper and focus on technique. Assembly is minimal and the rubber bottom resists dust buildup. At 150 lbs they’re comfortable and durable so far.

Responsive customer support
Had some issues but the company contacted me and said they’re improving the product. The bars are low-cost plastic, the base padding feels thin, and assembly needed force to snap parts together. They do help keep my wrists aligned better than flat-floor push-ups.
