Momcozy BirthEase Pregnancy Ball Set with App-Guided Courses
Product description
Stage-by-stage video curriculum: The included access code unlocks progressive video lessons developed by maternal movement specialists. Videos walk users through appropriate exercises from preconception, through pregnancy and labor preparation, into postpartum recovery so even first-time users can follow routines safely at home.
Tailored plans and smart tracking: The companion app delivers personalized training plans with step-by-step guidance, gradual progressions, and tracking tools. Community features and clear demonstrations make it easy to stay consistent and adapt the program to individual needs and experience levels.
Stable, ergonomic construction: The birthing ball features a textured surface for extra grip and an anti-slip, reinforced base that reduces wobble during seated work, pelvic tilts, and gentle bouncing. The set is rated to support up to 330 lb and is designed to retain its shape with regular use.
Safe materials and anti-burst design: Molded from premium, BPA-free PVC, the ball includes anti-burst technology so it deflates slowly if punctured, helping maintain calm and safety during use. The finish includes a soft floral motif for a more personal touch.
What’s in the box: One pregnancy/birthing ball, a reinforced anti-slip base, a foot pump for inflation, an access code for the Momcozy app’s course library, and a complimentary Maternity Companion e-magazine featuring phased recipes, safe workouts, and maternity wear ideas.
Setup and tips: The foot pump speeds initial inflation, though some users find it requires effort or a partner to ease the task. The product is intended as a supportive aid—not medical advice—so consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program during pregnancy.

Great for movement and labor prep
The ball plus the app make it easy to move safely and get ready for birth. It’s solid and keeps air nicely. Pumping wasn’t long but I recommend having someone help—standing and pumping can be tiring.

Relief for side/sciatic pain
Works wonders for SI joint and hip discomfort. The app-led routines are very helpful. Wish I had this earlier in pregnancy—highly recommend it.

Fantastic quality and cute design
Picked this up for my partner at eight months pregnant and she adores it. The ball holds air well and the stability ring really helps. The pink floral look is a hit. Pumping it up by hand was a bit of a chore, but overall excellent product.

Stable base, holds air well
The base gives real peace of mind—thick and sturdy. Inflation took some time but it has stayed inflated since.

Design issues with inflation fitting
The hose design is frustrating: different needles for the ball and base, and swapping is difficult. Mine got stuck on the larger fitting so I’m returning it. At this price I expected better quality control.

Really improved my comfort fast
Inflating was a little tough, but the app code is awesome. After one session at 29 weeks I felt a lot better. Would recommend to other expectant parents.
