   Essential for remote control

   Very good smart plug, versatile and reliable. Easy to install and lets me switch lights or appliances from anywhere using the app.

   Perfect for timed holiday and bedside lamps

   Bought to let my daughter leave her tree lights on and shut them off at midnight. After watching a setup video we got the first one configured and the rest followed easily. The app makes scheduling and manual control simple, and the physical button is handy if the phone isn’t nearby.

   Very easy to set up and great value

   I put these on lots of lamps and chargers. The four-pack price is attractive and setup was the simplest I've had — plug in, hold the button to enter pairing mode and add in the app. Unlike some plugs, I didn’t have to disable 5GHz on my router during setup. They connect reliably on 2.4GHz and have worked well in daily use.

   Dependable remote control and family access

   After wrestling with old mechanical timers, these were a big improvement. Easy network install on 2.4GHz and the app can be put on multiple phones so my partner and I can both control lights remotely. No more searching for a physical timer — just tap the app to toggle a plug.

   Inconsistent timers; app needs work

   Some timers worked one day but failed the next. These are a newer model that requires the latest BN-HUB app, and the provided instructions don’t always match reality. Setup required trial-and-error with the button and app. When they work they’re fine, but the app and backward compatibility seem problematic.

   Works well with Smart Life and grouping

   I chose these to use with the Smart Life app and they registered right away. Auto discovery found each plug and I grouped two together for a cabinet with twin lamps. Reliable operation on my home 2.4GHz network and simple voice control through Google.

   Useful monitoring and retains schedules

   Installed these to track usage in parts of the house. Setup via Smart Life was quick. You can preprogram schedules, unplug and move the plugs, and they keep their programming when reinserted. The app shows realtime and graphed power consumption for each outlet.

    I run many aquarium lights and these replaced failing timers. The app is straightforward after a short learning curve and they ran perfectly long-term. When I hit a setup snag customer support answered promptly and helped me complete pairing and schedules.

    Compact units that work with Google routines

    Good compact form factor. I use them for two low-wattage lamps, a laptop charger and a TV. Setup took about 20 minutes for four units and adding them to Google Home was straightforward. Instructions could be clearer — I used a socket/wifi option in the app that worked when the exact label wasn’t present.
